Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital products are delivered instantly after payment, so orders can't be cancelled once the download link has been issued. If a digital file is missing, corrupted, or not what was described, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.

Physical items can be cancelled before they ship. Once shipped, returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Policy

Digital items have no shipping — they're available for download immediately after payment confirmation. Physical items typically ship within 2–5 business days of order confirmation; you'll be notified as your order's status changes.

By placing an order on digi8.store, you agree to pay the listed price for the item(s) in your cart. Prices are shown in INR and are re-verified server-side at checkout. Digital files are licensed for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.

Privacy Policy

We collect your email (and shipping address, for physical orders) solely to process your order and send confirmation/delivery updates. Payments are processed securely by Cashfree — we never see or store your card/bank details. We don't sell or share your information with third parties.
